1. About Unfortunately, Men.

Unfortunately, Men. is a podcast and digital entertainment property presented as an UNSAID Original.

Our content explores relationships, sex, dating, modern culture, personal experiences, social issues, and other topics through commentary, conversation, interviews, and storytelling.

The Site provides information about the show, access to related content, opportunities for audience participation, links to third-party platforms, and other features that may become available over time.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its features, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

Permission to Use Submissions

By submitting content through a form that requests and receives your permission for podcast use, you grant UNSAID and its authorized production and distribution partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, edit, adapt, excerpt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that Submission in connection with Unfortunately, Men., related UNSAID programming, and promotional materials.

This permission includes use across podcast platforms, video services, social media, websites, trailers, clips, and other media formats.

Unless we separately agree in writing, you are not entitled to payment, royalties, or other compensation for an authorized use of your Submission.

Editorial Discretion

We may select, shorten, edit, paraphrase, anonymize, or decline to feature a Submission for editorial, privacy, safety, or legal reasons.

Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be read, discussed, published, or featured on the show.

Privacy and Anonymity

Providing a Submission without a name does not guarantee complete anonymity.

Even if we omit your name, details within your story may allow someone familiar with the situation to recognize it.

Please do not submit information that you are unwilling to have considered for public discussion under the permissions provided through the relevant form.

If you would like to request that we withdraw an unpublished Submission, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request, but cannot guarantee withdrawal after content has been produced, distributed, or published.

5. Guest Participation

Submitting a story or expressing interest in appearing on the podcast does not guarantee an invitation, interview, recording, or appearance.

Guest participation may be subject to additional agreements, recording permissions, release forms, scheduling requirements, and production conditions.

Permission to use a written Submission does not automatically authorize us to record or commercially exploit a separate live interview, voice recording, or video appearance.

Any such participation will be addressed through additional permissions where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, including its design, graphics, text, artwork, audio, video, podcast episodes, and related materials, are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

Unfortunately, Men., UNSAID, and their related branding may be protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may access and enjoy our publicly available content for lawful personal use.

Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit our materials.
